Beechwood Bitter, our brewery flagship ale, is now available in bottle!

Since we first brewed Beechwood Bitter in 1982, it has become synonymous with the local area. You can even see the tree it's named after in our logo! The recipe hasn’t changed in forty years, a true reflection of Beechwood’s pedigree.

Traditionally only available on draught, Beechwood in a bottle is an exciting development for 2021. As a result, it’s now easier than ever to stock up on the definitive ale of the Chilterns.

Maris Otter and Crystal malts give Beechwood its amber colour and nutty base. Challenger, Fuggles and Goldings hops create a delightful toffee aroma with a fruity finish in the mouth.

At 1042og  Beechwood strikes a fine balance between rewarding and refreshing. Beechwood also boasts a wonderful versatility, pairing beautifully with roast dinners or equally as good with cheeses & desserts. Because of this, some say that Beechwood is the only beer they ever need!

Beechwood is also available from cask at The Brewery Shop and The King’s Head in Aylesbury.
